Title: HR Payroll Specialist
Location: Ying, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province
Report to: C&B Supervisor
Key responsibility:
Compensation and benefit ( 80% of work time)
Ø Take charge of monthly payroll and insurance (Social insurance, housing fund, personal tax and commercial insurance) in a timely manner for Ying hub farm staff (about 500 employees).
Ø Manage and monitor employee’s attendance record to ensure the record is accurate and effective.

Ø Establish and maintain the personnel/documents
Ø Make the needed HR reports.
Ø Maintain accurate HR data in SAP and HRIS system
Ø Participate in salary market survey and complete salary review cycle
Ø Provide guide, consulting and training for relevant onsite HR supervisor regarding any compensation and benefit issues.
Ø Build up and maintain the good relationship with local labor bureau.
Others(20% of work time)
Ø Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by line manager
Qualification:
Ø Computer literate
Ø English and mandarin as work language.
Ø University degree
Ø Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Finance or related.
Ø At least 3 years working experience in HR function.
Ø Experience in payroll and salary reviewing, MNC’s background is highly preferred.
Ø Labour law knowledge
Ø Manufacturing industry and fram experience is preferred.

Ø 制作所需的HR报告
Ø 在SAP 和HRIS系统里维护准确的HR数据
Ø 参与薪资调查和完成调薪流程
Ø 为驻场HR主管在薪资福利方面提供指导、咨询和培训
Ø 建立和维护与当地劳动局的良好合作关系
其他(20的工作时间)
Ø 执行其他直线经理指定或要求的临时性任务
任职要求:
Ø 熟练掌握电脑技术
Ø 英文和中文作为工作语言
Ø 本科毕业
Ø 专业为人力资源或其他相关专业,有薪酬福利相关专业课学习的背景。
